Legal consultation on working life matters
It is very
likely that all of us will need legal assistance at some point in our career.
We give general advice and assistance on matters regarding conditions in collective agreements, labour law and issues concerning the application of the collective agreement at your work place.
Self-employed entrepreneurs can receive support on drafting contracts and various other matters related to entrepreneurship.
You can also receive individual support from the personnel representative at your work place. The personnel representative network covers all members working in the public sector. Many private sector work places also have personnel representatives you can turn to in connection with issues at the work place.
Consultation from the legal advisers and senior advisers of Akava Special Branches is available to all members. The advisers are specialists in the different employment sectors our members work in and you can turn to them when you need specific assistance in legal matters.
